  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept credit card (Visa/Mastercard), Paypal, Money Order and Direct Deposits.

  • How is postage calculated?

    Postage is calculated at $1.50 plus 10% of the shopping cart value. We have found this most accurately reflects actual postage costs. With the majority of pruchases, you will actually pay less than the actual postage costs and we will make up the shortfall - you will pay NO extra! Please feel free to contact us if you have any specific postage needs or inquiries.

  • What method of postage do you use?

    All prices quoted are for regular mail through Australia Post. If you would like your item sent to you express post or registered post then please let us know and we will gladly give you a postage cost for that service. Registered post is recommended for all purchases as it provides insurance for your product and is traceable. Unfortunately Australia Post do sometimes (rarely) make mistakes and if your item is sent regular post I can't be responsible for any loss of your parcel.

  • How long will it take to receive a personalised order?

    These are made to order. Once payment has been received we will then be able to have it made and sent within 7 days. If you have an urgent request please don't hesitate to contact us.

  • Do you ship to international locations?

    We will gladly ship anywhere in the world. All postage costs on this site are for Australian locations, but please contact us and let us know what you wish to purchase and we will provide you with an exact postage cost prior to you placing the order.

  • Can you help me with gift suggestions and sizing?

    It would be our pleasure to assist you making that special purchase. We can offer many suggestions to make buying that special gift easier. If you are unsure what size to buy, please contact us and we will gladly make a suggestion for you.
