How can I see the prices of the products on your website?

Pricing is available to all bonafide wholesale purchasers.  Please use the login button on the top right of our home page and complete the details including your business name.  Please then send us a quick email letting us know that you would like access to our wholesale section of the website.  We will then send you a username and password to access wholesale pricing details of our range.

How do I place a wholesale order with you?

Once you have an active login you will be able to place your order online.  Once the order is complete we will enter it into our system and contact you with a final price that will include freight.  We strive to keep our freight costs to a minimum and only pass on those costs that we actually incur - there is no mark up on freight.

If you are ordering with us for the first time we generally require the first order to be on proforma.  After this you can establish and account with us enabling future orders to be despatched on a credit basis.

What payment methods do you accept?

We happily accept direct deposit, credit card (Visa or Mastercard - no surcharge), personal cheque and bank cheque.  Please note if paying by personal cheque, that goods are not despatched until funds have cleared into our account.

What type of pricing is on the website?

All prices on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).  The price excluding GST is also shown in brackets.  Please note that for international orders GST is not applicable and will not be charged to you.  Prices for international orders do not include any relevant duty or taxes that may be imposed by the receivers home country.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped to you by either Australia Post or by TNT Road Express Courier.  We will choose the method that is the most economical for you.  All orders are traceable and these tracking details will happily be provided upon request.

How long will it take to despatch my order?

Most orders are generally despatched within 1 to 3 business days.  In periods where we have a high volume of orders, for example, immediately after our Trade Shows (late February and early August), the delivery timeframe may be slightly longer.  You will be advised of any delays at the time of ordering.

Can I purchase retail on your website?
